Daljit - Founder / Director
Daljit is a Licensed Accountant who has spent over 18 years working in Accounting. He has held all of the
core accounting positions whilst working for various private and public organisations. From a Management Accountant, to Financial Controller, to Finance Director of a Group of companies.
"I believe everyone deserves access to the best financial support when running their own business, no matter how small your start-up or how quickly you are growing. I believe an Accountant should be more than just someone who helps you fill in your Tax return. They should be a support partner to your business helping you expand and grow.
​I am a committee member of the Milton Keynes & Bedford branch of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). This role is influential in contributing to the Accountancy profession; as I am part of the team who set the local Continual Professional Development (CPD) agenda for each year. Accountants from all the professional bodies attend these CPD events, because the Committee - and the AAT as a whole - have their finger on the pulse of what's happening in Accountancy and Tax right now.

I am also on AAT's tax technical panel, which involves working with senior members within the profession and advisors to HMRC, and ultimately contributes to shaping UK Tax policy.
​
​In my spare time I follow F1, and love supercars (anything fast with an engine!). I also love live stand-up comedy. My other passion is martial arts. Having been a practitioner of GoJu Kai / Goju Ryu Karate for around 15 years, I am planning to soon be teaching this powerful, yet elegant art."
Andi - Payroll & Pensions
Andi is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), and has 15 years of experience specialising in Payroll. Her experience has been within large companies, and includes managing teams of Payroll professionals.
Her belief that high quality Payroll services should be equally accessible to all businesses - regardless of size - fits right in with the values of the DSV Accounting team.

Andi is a very warm and professional person, who is always happy to help.
Monika - Accountant
Monika is an AAT Level 4 qualified Accountant, and is now studying further to become a Chartered Certified Accountant. With over 5 years of Accounting in industry, she has had extensive and intensive experience of Management Accounting and in-depth, detailed, analysis of the accounts of large companies.
​
Monika is always keen to improve processes and add value wherever possible. She would never admit it, but she is one very talented Accountant, and is set to go far in the field.

As with everyone at DSV Accounting, Monika has a very professional and approachable attitude.
